Renting the Phoenix Theatre

Whether you are looking for a venue for a family, club or commercial event or a touring company, The Phoenix Theatre is available for you. The Heritage Centre is also prepared to offer box office facilities for just 10% of the sales they make.

If you represent a touring company then we offer the full facilities of the theatre at a flat rate of just £150 per night. This includes technical support, FOH and theatre manger. As a touring company you will be responsible for satisfying all licence requirements, publicity and ticket sales. The theatre is happy to make available its box office facilities should you need them.

Listed below are the facilities The Phoenix Theatre has to offer.

The Auditorium has:

• raked seating in six rows for 64 people
• a stage area of approximately 8 metres wide by 6 metres deep.
• eight digital sound channels.
• a full set of stage blacks, tabs and white cyclorama.
• an extensive wardrobe.
• a rehearsal/dressing room that is the same size as the stage.
• inductive loop system.

The front of house has:

• a licensed bar.
• comfortable seating in a foyer that acts as a gallery for local artists.
• limited parking.
